FNB - ITEM PAID NO FUNDS

R200 was debited from my FNB account with reference " ITEM PAID NO FUNDS" I contacted their help desk and I was told they paid a transaction on my behalf, which is incorrect. I had money in my account and i was pouring petrol. I f i did not have money in my account my card would have declined.

So dear FNB can i please have my money back because there was no transaction that you paid for me.
