FNB / ITC REFUSE TO REMOVE MY NAME AFTER PAID UP LETTER

I have previously reported that I need my name cleared off ITC as I have received a paid up letter from FNB, they rep**** to me stating the cannot remove my name it has to stay 2 years l. I paid up my STD bank account as well with a paid up letter and I didnt get listed by them. So FNB wants to put my life on hold I am try9ng to make a living for my self as I am of pension age and I cant get a rental apartment or a buy a car as they feel my life must stop I must struggle and suffer as these payments were not made because of covid that happened and I made it my duty to pay it up, I am going to report this to the NCR and I will keep on posting here and im go8ng to social media and Im going to get hold of the CEO. This is unacceptable.
