FNB ITC Listing! unfair still on my name after 2 years.... Disappointed in FNB

I'm very disappointed in FNB, was a loyal client from 2014 and yet the past year and half I've been struggling back and forth with my debit orders and now my name is still not cleared on ITC for paid up loans from 2 years ago. 3 of them is sitting on my transunion report.... The lady at help desk said to me I must send the paid up letters to ITC myself and to the financial institution where I wanted to apply for a loan..... I'm rejected because or FNB that lacks employees that actually help and do their work.... This is FNBs work to clear my name after they took the temp loan money from my account.... it still shows I owe FNB on a month for that loans.... I spoke to a chanti and she sent the relevant department a email to clear my name. she could only see 2 loans from her side..... can a consultant come back to me in regards to this... there is 3 loans on my name and I still haven't heard a thing from FNB..... I want my name cleared on ITC please and someone to assist me.... Its FNBs responsibility to clear my name and not mine as the customer. so sick of FNB
