FNB ITC

This is my second review. FNB made a huge blunder & this has now affected my ITC record. NOW I have to wait 6 x months before they will remove this. I feel that if it wasn't my mistake that caused the account to go into arrears, I should not have to be penalized/negatively influenced. Am I wrong?
