FNB - IT TAKES A MONTH TO REVERSE A DUPLICATE TRANSACTION

I have 2 transactions on my account which I have been trying to reverse for the past 3 weeks. I tried to reverse them on the app and was told it would be sorted within 7 days and again nothing happened. I tried again on the app, and again nothing happened. I called on the 18th May Ref Rs*** and was told it would be sorted out within 2 days. I called again today (24th May) to try and sort it out and was transferred to more that 5 consultants who couldn't assist me and was eventually cut-off.
