FNB: It's better off being STEVE with Beep bank.

For all those people out there thinking that a business account will be opened within 24 to 48 hours after FNB has received the signed documents from you, THINK AGAIN. I opened a business account online on 13 May 2015. I uploaded all the documents the same day and received a reference number. After more then the promised 48 hours I called to enquire about the account. I mailed the documents again. I contacted my private banker who escalated the mater at the business bank division. Still no response. I contacted the business bank division. They escalated the mater. I was informed that somebody will contact me within 24 hours. That was a week ago. Nothing happens. It is now 14 day later, not the 24 to 48 hours as promised and you guessed it right - EMPTY PROMISES !!!! This mater has been escalated 4 time.
