FNB it no bank to do business with

I requested my account to be changed on the 28th Dec 2024 and to date nothing has happened. I signed up with the premier banking segment but there is nothing premium about it. You get helped by robots and the benefits are non-existent. Capitec was problematic but at least the banking was free after the account benefits. FNB rewards system is so complicated and there is way too many hoops to jump through. For a large bank that has been doing this much longer than the now bigger Capitec they should have done better.

Do not use FNB rather stick with Capitec.
