FNB iStore Promotion is a ****

The dumbest bank in the world! I bought an Apple Watch from the istore and double charged my Budget Account. FNB has ****** money from my account and refuses to acknowledge or help me. The agents are just as dumb as the robot they make you speak to to direct your calls. I have been on the phone with these imbeciles for the past week and no one seems to know why they're at work.
