FNB Istore credit deal a ****

My partner bought a new phone and MacBook from the I store at V&A on Sunday 07/09/25 because we had a break in and needed to replace them.

She used the FNB Credit card deal that they offer at Istore where they break it down into instalments. On Monday she received an email saying it would reflect in 3-5 days. On Wednesday she received an email from Miss C Van Der Haar that the deal can’t be processed because she didn’t use her credit card to make the payment. She definitely used her credit card. We have sent her the slips but haven’t received a response yet. Of course we are stressed now as it’s a total of 44k we obviously don’t have.
