FNB Issues!

Man, FNB SUCKS! I have a business account with them, and an overdraft that I want to decrease. But, phoning them means you get passed back and forth between different people who doesn nto seem to know what is going on, then, when you finally think you are speaking to someone who can help, the line dies. Their phone system sucks, on top of that, the phone computer wants you to "describe in a few words how they can help"??!! Cant I just talk to a human for that???? Seriously FNB, fix your phones and help your workers figure out how your company is set up so clients does not have to be passed back and forth!
