FNB ISSUES DUPLICATE TRANSUNION ENTRIES

After struggling with this company it’s finally dawned on me that they do not care about their customers and I’ll advise everyone to stay away from FNB.

Last month while applying for vehicle finance I was denied after finding out the FNB has put 3 DUPLICATE accounts up as unpaid on my transunion profile. These accounts are all the same but were added 3 times. It’s shown my vehicle finance guys that according to fnb I had 3 loans out and did not pay either.

This is also for a Temp Loan that they cannot provide me with any details. After countless phone calls and emails that have got me no where FNB assures me that they have actioned the bureau to remove all the duplicates and they will provide me with feedback as to why there were duplicate accounts created.

This morning I had a credit report done on myself only to find out that FNB has added ANOTHER duplicate account and have not contacted me as to why.

This now put 4 Duplicate accounts on my transunion profile with unsettled debt on my profile and FNB is not claiming any responsibility even though they have said they have identified that duplicate accounts were issued by them on my profile.

I feel the only thing I can do now is go to the police because they have *****ed me from applying for any finance because of this.
