FNB ISSUE

I took a loan with FNB and requested the debit date to be on the 28th as that is my salary date.This morning 2022/09/23 i had R500.00 deposited to my account when i check the balance the R500.00 is not there.Im told my debit order date is the 25th when i call FNB but every month the money is taken on the 28th

I request the money reversed back to my account as this R500.00 was sent for emergency.

How do i get this resolved immediately as im not happy with the service
