FNB isn’t as user friendly as I thought

I’m not happy FNB and I need urgent help. Your contact Centre can’t assist me either. I’m trying to book my flight back to Johannesburg but it keeps saying unsuccessful? I spoke to ebucks and they can’t assist. I need to be in Johannesburg tomorrow if this bank is so convenient why is this happening?
