FNB isn't a bank it's a parasite

I can't even put into words how disgusted I am with the service that I have received from FNB the past few years. It's going from bad to worse without fail. New hidden costs are added whenever they want and when I try to address I am asked to call other departments. Wasting more money chasing money which they just vacuum. Disgusted
