FNB Islamic Homeloan - What a disgrace

Receiving terrible service from FNB Islamic Homeloans division. They have no notion of customer service and don't even have a contact number to speak to anyone. Due to FNB's failure or system error my account was incorrectly debited. I was promised a refund but they went silent and stopped replying to my emails. it almost seems like they decided to close without informing anyone. Really disappointed!
