FNB IS ZOL

FNB short term insurance is a bunch of ****, i loggend a insurance claim three weeks ago we experience floods lately.

My roof leaks like nobody's business, the assesor came to my house to do assessment,the claim were rejected.

We had teribble rain last night again, which leads to floods in my kitchen,bathroom and living room last night, i called fnb again this morning,they can only pay out if there is total lost due to floods/natural disasters.

Each time we have heavy rain there is leaks on different places,so my question is why do you need to pay for a service you dont get.

Is there any other insurace company i can get to help me,fnb is useless.
