FNB is ZERO no hero nul void and obsolete banking services

Easy Zero card declined for online purchase, however, there is enough funds, and FNB charged R1 decline fee and SMS say visit a branch? SERIOUSLY!? What good is your digital banking accounts if you can't use it on online banking or use it for online payments. Is that the reason your virtual cards services are NOT available?

Please just stop signing people up for your ZERO accounts because it worth NUL!
