FNB is worst bank

Worst bank ever I had banking experience.

I am going to stop all banking with FNB. They never inform what they are going to do with your account. They blocked all international transaction even without informing clients.

I have already visited the FNB branch many times, dropped multiple emails but no response. Now because of them, a third-party money transfer service has stopped all service for me.

Never join FNB, they are totally useless & careless. They only call you if you don't pay their fees.

U guys are useless. Worst banking experience ever I had. Simple advice Just close FNB and open food stall. F...g FNB employees are trained in timepass, Call transfer from one department to another, make false promises. Because of FNB I lost my credit in international money transfer service which I was using from last 5 years in different countries. I visit many countries & was depend on that money transfer service. But u guys destroyed everything. Lost more than 1k rand because of FNB. Trust my biggest mistake of my life is Opening FNB account.
