FNB IS WORSE THAN PATHETIC they just don't do what they preach and they are *****.

So angry FNB REVOLVING LOANS DEP.has yet not only NOT RESOLVED my issue NOW they say I withdrew R65000.00 when there was never that amount available and they do not want to refund the pmt they took for Feb all whilst they were paid by FNB LIFE. PLEASE someone tell me what can I do before I go to ombudsman. PLEASE CAN Senior Management help. That's the problem you can't get hold of them. Its a back and forth yelding no results as their staff are so very bleep ***********. HELP!!! PLEASE!!! is there anyone at FNB that can HELP SOMEONE who actually knows their work.
