FNB Is working with ********s to *****ulently give away loans in customers name

I come back here after 5days, I wrote to hello Peter regarding FNB *****ulently gave away 2 loans in my name after my phone got ******, it’s been a month now and I’ve been in communication with different people from FNB, Boitumelo Soafo from ***** department, Logan from loans and now I’m being told it needs to go through to Debits department…. Why am I being put through all of this as a customer??? FNB doesn’t care for their customers, I wrote to hello Peter last week they said they would get back to me and they never did, a Whole Private clients customer is being treated like this??? FNB does not value their clients
