FNB is what is wrong with this world.

Okay so here I go once again... after my last complaint I got a call basically saying they dont know what’s going on and never calling back. Everyone is pointing fingers towards other departments. So today I finally decided to do FNB’s job for them and check myself why I was declined a smar****ch. I discovered the option myself as no one at FNB could have pointed me in that direction... no surprises there! I saw that they had a revolving loan on my affordability sheet that is settled and the amount they got there, I have not got the faintest idea where they got it. My living expenses is basically double what it really is. Then at the glimpse of my eye, I discovered another option, that I can adjust my affordability. There is only one catch... I can’t. So with this revolving loan **** I decided to check on my current revolving loan. I had to take x amount out of it last month due to unforeseen expenses. On the 1st they debited this from my checque account plus interest. I did not realise this immediately as the revolving loan remained on the same deficit. So I transferred x amount to the revolving loan to settle it. Now the loan is up to date again. So through all this, it seems FNB basically took more than double the amount back to the revolving loan. Isn’t this *******? That over 100% interest! So now I take my concerns and try to chat to the online banker through the chat app. This is where I realised FNB is exactly what is wrong with this country. No one wants to take responsibility and help, everyone just wants to point fingers and make it someone else’s problem. I was given a list of numbers I should rather call instead of them helping me. Thank you FNB for not helping me at all today. It really does not feel like you take me seriously as a client. Am I too small for you? Why do you not want to help me? If it’s the only thing you do, just please tell me this.
