Fnb is very unprofessional and customer service does not exist!

Fnb is the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. My account has been on hard hold for almost a week and I can't withdraw my PayPal funds because of that. I have submitted the necessary documents including sending them numerous emails throughout the week but no one is interested in replying to them to fix the issue. Their call center numbers also do not go through. I am so fed up with the lack of service,it can't be that hard to reply to emails seriously!
