Fnb is very rude, unprofessional,treatning the clients

Fnb is a very poor bank unprofessional, very rude bank not once but many times mostly Gugulethu branch mall I almost assaulted by a security helped by a manager,I call a manager to solve the matter but he said he is not involved in ATMs of fnb he is working in the office and all the clients were complaining by the rudeness of this fnb and it's not a first time I expiriceng this thing at this branch
