FNB is very inconsiderate

Good day

I have been calling FNB for a week now trying to get a refund for the money they double debited me for my loans. I had paid my loans manually and FNB double debited the same amount in the same month of December '24.

I called them and l was advised it be refunded back in 48 hours but still there are no funds in my account. The amount is about R4590.00. The courtesy to treat this with urgency is non existent and the worse part is I am in need of this cash and worse they would want to debit me again for Jan '25.

Can I please have this sorted urgently. This is there worse experience ever!!!!!
