FNB is very funny to think I will recommend them to anyone after this bad service

Still after a month my issue has not been resolved and the survey asks me if I will recommend any one to FNB. That is really sarcastic and funny as I am also changing from a bank that doesn't care about their clients to a bank that has the best interest of their customers
