FNB is very Disappointing

FNB will block your bank for no reason and still not unfreeze it after you contact them They hate replying to emails At this point I just want to take my money and leave them because they can’t protect their customers 25,000 rands was place on reserved funds in my account because I sold usdt, so FNB told me they are against crypto and I should send prove of payment and prove showing I traded usdt with the person so after sending it to them they said it was not enough that I should send screenshot instead of video records. Now the other day the analyst told me that they will have to send the 25,000 rands back to the sender even after sending proofs One thing I know is that Crypto is not ******* in South Africa and as long as I can show proof of the trade FNB has no right to refund the payment Right now am just waiting to hear from the analyst regarding the 25,000 rands if she insists that they will refund the money then I will have to sue FNB I can’t tolerate injustice If FNB is against me then they should give me all my money and terminate my account with them because at this point FNB I know FNB can’t protect me as their client
