Fnb is very cruel to poor customers and clearly for the very wealthy

What you are doing during this pandemic is disgusting and cunning. You allowed unauthorised debit orders to go through, force customers to take your loan instead of payment holiday like other banks. First of, I asked you every month even before covid to reverse a debit order because apparently you can't put a stop to it because of your poor and unsafe system , the same company has now deducted R3252.96 from my account which you pathetically allowed. Most companies are now aware that they can do as they please with fnb accounts, they deduct money at free will because they know you fnb will allow it! Wake up your are the only bank that allow this nonsense and the complaints are piling up against you. The media has finally woken up to your tactics. I want that debit order reversed so I can feed my children! You guys are very wealthy and don't understand the difference that debit order money will make in my life that is why you behave like this, you are for the elite , unfortunately not all of us have money to throw around if you feel so strongly about debit orders than you do about your customers affording food then you know that you have lost touch with the people you claim to "how can you help".

Fnb I don't want a covid 19 **** that you refer to as cash flow relief. What I want is the authorised debit order of R3252 refunded. Its clear you allow these unauthorised debit orders to go through so you can force customers into a corner to end up taking your **** loans. It won't work with me. Reverse the debit order! Oh am still waiting for the call you promised within 24-48 hrs.
