Fnb is utterly useless
Finance application was done online in Friday for vehicle finance , it was approved pending validations, after numerous follow ups and all documents having been received we still have had no feedback. Just a drink saying your application still with validations.
Utterly useless.
This is why I moved my banks over to standard bank because the level of service one received from fnb is worse then one of African bank

Seems the route of FNB’s problems lies with the people trying to resolve it, does anybody in this country know what customer service is or is it only that they in it for themselves
