FNB is using other means to make money

FNB is currently the worst bank to be with, it is appalling to sit in front of a service consultant trying to get answers and you are told that if i have cellphone banking i can check my queries and even when i asked to elaborate why it shows non FNB ATM i am told i can check that using online banking. i need answers not referred to digital channels.

Why are my service fees that high when i withdraw from an ATM bank i use FNB ATM to withdraw and not any other bank.

Why am i charged for Items paid when i had funds in my account for the transaction.

Is FNB finding new ways to take peoples money.
