FNB IS USING ***** DELIVERY COMPANY I.E. SKYNET, AND ALL WE GET IS LIES LIES LIES...VERY ***********.. VERY *****....IS FNB NOT LOOKING AT THE SKYNET REVIEWS??? THIS IS A **** COMPANY.....!!!!!!

I have been a FNB customer for over 20 years, FNB has never disappointed me until now. I renewed my vehicle licence via FNB app on 20/02/2025. Parcel was routed to skynet for delivery on 21/02. After I followed up with Fnb on the 26/02, I received a message on my phone on the 27/02 that stated that my parcel was out for delivery, I until today 18 days down the line, I have not received my parcel, I call skynet on a daily, I have been speaking with Glydine, she always makes promises that I will get my parcel the next day but nothing happens, she had a nerve to say to me that the delivery guy called and couldn't get hold of me, when I asked for records of that, she quickly said she is sorry, the guys just lie and say they couldnt get hold of the person. I am furious, when I asked Glydine who can I complain to, she told me, herself, the very person that has been lying to me....Why is FNB using ***** companies like skynet to deliver such important parcels??? I have been driving around with an expired licence and getting tickets!!!! My tracking no. ***01....I am sick and tired and FNB and sky...****ing net
