I have been a customer of this bank for many years. I have recently needed a temp loan to see me through but it was fruitless with no explanation. I tried online and that process is even more weird because you have to take all sort of selfies.what do i have to do to get a temo loan. You help yourself to the money before i can even touch it. You also owe me an explanation why i cannot get one as i always pay you. I am dissapointed as i am one of your black card cliens whos never spoken to my banker nor do i know he's name. I think capitec is better than you ad i am just a number to you even as a private client .thank you for nothing.
