FNB is useless! Time to go to Discovery Bank

This bank is useless, I contacted them via the app and this stupid agent called Zama and I asked her for assistance she just ends the chat before I even responded and that is what all FNB app chat agents do they give you a **** copy and past response and just end the text before you even respond to that copy and past **** text.

Useless bank do not even think of using this bank, I think it’s time I move to discovery bank.
