FNB is useless these days

I am really disgusting with the service from FNB these past few days from the customer care to branches no1 is ever helpful. I am not sure what is going on with FNB but get your ****s going cause there are plenty unhappy customers because for me it took 6 Agentsfrom business banking just to get an answer and now I am calling the personal customer care to get banking assistance since 8am and till now not one agent has answered a call. This service from FNB is very disappointing and I am so utterly disgusted, I used to speak highly about FNB due to there services but now I cannot even refer any customers and will never let anyone go through what I experience with poor services.
