FNB is useless if you ask me.

I have been loyal customer for about a decade. Never defaulted on any account. FNB claims I have a credit card that is with legal dept. I call credit cards division, called *****, called general accounts, called home loans, called residual accounts - none of them are able to account for the credit card that they claim is not paid. I have been moved from pillar to post, no one is taking ownership. I need credit, none is willing to help, neither can they account for the supposed credit outstanding. Im sick and tired!
