FNB is useless, i honesty am disappointed

On the 6 Nov i was ****med alot of money by someone posing as a rental agent, i deposited the money into this person's account which was an fnb acc, i realized after an hour or so that i had been ****med so i called fnb ***** department, indeed a lady by thename Moketoa helped alot in that moment sje provided me with a case number and she advised she had put a red flag on that account so that it wont be accessed again, she told me that an investigator will be in contact with me in 2-3 days time and no one called, i sent an inbox message on thier fnb page on Facebook a week later and who ever responded said it takes 7 working days for a ***** case turnaround.. To this moment my money is gone, FNB has never gotten back to me.. Mind you there are two other victims that i managed to get hold of who were ****med by the same people also no help from fnb am starting to think fnb employees are involved in these money ****s
