FNB is useless- goodbye

I have been a loyal supporter of FNB for almost 8 years, long before the Steve and Werner hype. I must say that I used to get good service from FNB till resent. I have a credit score of 953 which I obtained from trans union, and still I cant obtain a overdraft facility from FNB. I dont even bank with ABSA and never even app**** for a account with ABSA, but ABSA called me and offer me a Cheque account, a credit card, a overdraft and ABSA will even move my personal loan and all inclusive for R135 per month. <br> <br> I pay a lot more for less at FNB and i am stuck with ridicules high intensest rates<br> <br> I logged a complaint at FNB, FNB should have called me back by 15h00 today. Its 16h30 and still no call. So it means my business do not mean anything for FNB.<br> <br> I guess i will move to ABSA<br> <br> SHAME on you FNB. you used to be better than this. I deserve better <br>
