I have been trying to do a reversal for two weeks now, my emails are now suddenly "queued" when I didn't experience this issue.

You are saying you want proof that Payflex is saying that you should issue my refund when Payflex isn't responding to social media and emails.

This money was taken on the 30th of September, today is the 17th of October yet you still won't give me my money.
