FnB is useless

You know what makes me very angry is when a bank plays with my money! I reported an unrecognised transaction to FnB on the 21st of July. My card is blocked, no response from the bank and now I have to wait yet I’ve been told I’ll get a response in 24 hour. I feel like this bank is honestly not serious when it comes to money. They over charge you for **** but don’t sort out your situations. I needed that money very badly and now I still don’t have it back into my account. I never received a response from the disputes department and it’s been five working days, FnB is a **** a bank with **** customer services as they can’t look after their customers! 😡
