FNB is USELESS!

Terrible customer service!! You need assistance and their secure chat team just keeps rerouting you to different agents and different departments! I spoke to 17 agents! And my issue is still not fixed! They don't read previous chats and expect you to explain your issue over and over! Oh and apparently they don't have access across departments, how can you effeciently assist a customer if you don't have access to other departments, so the customer is expected to contact these different departments and explain their issue over and over! What is the point of their secure chat!!
