FNB IS USELESS.

On the 27th of September there was ***** on my account which I reported, got a case number and is still in "investigation" but still no feedback. I went to the branch to find out what is going on and they can't give me a straight answer. I phoned in several times; they end the call, or they keep telling me they are still investigating. At the end of September, the money was released into the *****'s account. I also made a case at the SAPD and receive a case number to speed the process, but FNB don't care at all. Now they want us to give them time to another Friday. To advise everyone don't bank with FNB.
