FNB is useless

FNB are useless. Firstly on the 17th of Dec they debit us early on our loan and credit card accounts because their other clients got paid early. And when I spoke to a person on secure chat i was moved between departments and after 30minutes finally they say that they will reverse the debit orders.. the debit orders were not reversed and now i was debited again for my loan ? Ontop of that how is it that although I've been paying my loan the amount owed has gone from 13k to 14k ? That makes no ****ing sense. Your service is useless and you refuse to help anyone. I've been on the secure chat for a whole 2 hours this morning and not one person was able to help me ? When i phoned the collections department no one even answers, it just goes straight to rating your service ? Pathetic
