FNB is useless

After 6 Secure Chats & 5 Calls and being transferred numerous times with 40 min worth of airtime spent. No 1 person has been able to assist me with a simple request.

Seems that every consultant wants to pass the query on to the next without anyone trying to actually understand your client's request.

No one is actually willing to assist me with a simple statement - Not 1 consultant in all the departments I was put through or chats I was referred to nor the contact numbers I was given has been a Single help to me but more so an expense from my side.

Why is a simple request like a statement on my person loan account (that my app is not allowing me to access) so difficult any employee at FNB to assist me with - Even a simple balance inquiry is impossible to request
