FNB is useless

I have been banking with FNB for years and on the month of July I was expecting my statement at the end of July and I haven’t received it, when I go to the ballito branch they are unable to assist me, when I call FNB’s call Centre they also can’t assist me. What kind of bank tells you they haven’t created your statement 5 days after the statement cycle, 5days after you’re supposed to have received it. All of them are saying fnb doesn’t send statements to emails and I know that but on my app it isn’t there. It’s the worst bank and wouldn’t recommend anyone to bank with them
