FNB is useless!

FNB is proving to be worse and worse by the day. I opened an account for my son (investment account) and I tried managing it on the app, to which I received a notice which said that I don't have permissions to make changes to the account. My son is 3, what does FNB expect? After much trial and error, I went to a branch to close the inventment account as I intend on moving to another service provider, to which they said the funds would reflect after 30 days ( that being today 08/04/2024). I opened the account today and the money is not reflecting and the investment isn't closed. Today, Ive been chatting to 5 different consultant on the app, for almost 4 hours and none of them are helping. In fact, one consultant said she could close the account but I would be charged a penalty as no notice was given! Each consultant transfered me to the investment department on the chat and nothing further happened. The chat ended with no resolution each TIMEIM AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN FNB AND WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
