Fnb is useless

Useless and ***********. Phone to get services, 20 minutes later. Decided to go into Northgate branch. They apparently only have 1 landline to call from to assist all customers. After 1 hour i finally got through and they still camt assist me. Waste of time and money. Ill be moving to another bank. My personal and business accounts monthly fees are over ridiculous compared to other banks and this is the type of service they deliver... go F yourself fnb.
