FNB IS USELESS BANK DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS

FNB - Useless and Poor service (Debit order *****) FNB is promoting *****ulent activities. From 1st January 2025I have called and went to the branch to reverse a *****ulent debit order on my account and I have been send from post to post . *****ulent transaction on my account for the amount of R280 ********** REF NPLECOV R 280.00 I do not operate or authorize any debit orders to my savings account. IM STRUGGLING , MY MONEY IS GOING ON WASTE FOR THE DEBIT ORDER I DID NOT AUTHORISE FNB telling me debit cant be reversed they gave me the contact number doesn't exit too ive been calling this number *** everyday with no success . FNB bank IS FAILING ME ALL THE BANK CAN ASSIST WITH *****sters that block reversals on the *****ulent transactions? Hello Peter , please assist me with this , i spoke to very unprofessional call centre manager so called Shandre in January she promised to call me in 21 days she will investigate till today and th debit is ongoing , FNB does not care of their clients , THIS IS MY MONEY I WORKED HARD FOR...I want all money that was debited from 1st November 2024 till date, even this mornig debit went off, i want this debit debit to be cancelled immediately or i will close the FNB and go to another professional bank that accomades clients needs. IM so angry and fustrated
