FNB is useless!!!
I have been struggling for the whole weekend even today I am still struggling with this
“This service is currently unavailable due to a routine maintenance. We apologise for the inconvenience”…….for the whole ****en weekend FNB ? Customer not being able to use their money for the whole ****en week are you serious ?
Useless bank!!!

07 Jun 2021, 10:27Well FNB tried calling me but we couldn’t have a conversation cause their phone lines are bad we could not hear each other and I’m not sure if the person hung up or their just go disconnected…..you see FNB is useless

07 Jun 2021, 16:37FNB customer service is the worst, they called me like 8 times today and most of the time the line was bad could not hear what’s being said on the last call they made the line was not bad I spoke to an agent but I could not hear her cause it sounded like she was working in a office that is under construction there was a lot of noise then call ended up being disconnected or she hung up I don’t know but what I know is that I and not helped by FNB and it is the end of the day no help from them I am still not able to use my money. Useless bank I will post everyday until they fix their ****en ****!!!!
