FNB is useless at card replacements.

On the 13th Dec I was ****** and proceeded to cancel my cards and requests new ones. It is now the 24th Dec, and I have received no news on my cards, when I follow up with FNB they just tell me to call the courier that's supposed to deliver it to their branch who in turn tells me it's out for delivery. So what kind of Christmas does FNB expect me to have while waiting what will be more than 15 days after the weekend for my cards, I can't even set up the App on my phone because it asks for my card number to authorize it on that device....
