FNB is useless. As always. This will never change.

FNB is so pathetic. And the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Everything with FNB is so tedious, from their banks (waiting so long to see a consult) to their call center. That’s why I will never bank with this bank again. Never. I just called their call centre to change my debit order date from the 25th to the last day of the month. I get told that I need to get a letter from HR confirming my salary date. What a load of nonsense m! Why would I bother to change the date if it didn’t work for me. For your information, FNB, I have not had a salary since December 2017 yet you debited my account every month with no issues. Your tediousness is unbelievable! Now you are insisting on debiting my account on a date that is not suitable. What a lousy bank.
