FNB is Useless and Pathetic!

I have previously written to FNB and posted on hello Peter about FNB not updating a loan that was not paid on March 2019 but has been paid up in full since then over a year ago and nobody has the decency to update the credit bereau but they always want to log a complaint and affect my credit profile , FNB is utter useless and is a waste of a bank who doesn’t care about their clients I.
